If you sell on credit you likely have outstanding customer invoices. At Churchill Commercial Funding we have programs designed to enable you to access those funds now instead of waiting until the customer pays you.
Factoring – Factoring is not a loan but an arrangement whereby a business sells its accounts receivable (invoices) at a discount. This is to a finance company called a factor. This allows you to get your money upfront instead of waiting 30, 60, or even 90 days or more to get paid. Many businesses who sell to business customers on credit, can benefit from this type of financing which can grow in lockstep with your business. Your business customer receivables are purchased from you at a slight discount and when your customer pays the invoice, the proceeds are used to repay the lender. Rates starting a 1% per month and funding sometimes as quickly as 24 hours.
Asset Based Lines Of Credit – Asset based lending is a form of financing that uses the value of business assets (accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, etc.) as collateral and the primary lending criteria. This means that cash flow and other conventional underwriting considerations play less into the credit decision. Because of this, lenders will seek to control the assets and regularly confirm the existence of and the value of them. Flexible arrangements are available to those who qualify, with advance rates often exceeding those of conventional bank financing. Rates are typically higher than conventional financing. The credit is often structured as a rolling credit facility.
